No More "Robocalls"! - 2008 Elections

I just heard on the radio that voters and policy makers are preparing to ban automated phone calls. Wouldn’t that be nice? Word has it that Rhode Island is leading the way after getting inundated with election phone calls last year.

I decided that if I just get everyone I know to vote, and they do the same, and on and on… maybe we can avoid these annoying robot telemarketing calls and do the country some good at the same time! I think if I have a tshirt printed up that says “Vote!” and I get this necklace to wear… my viewpoint should be pretty obvious to everyone who sees me… http://www.brightandbold.com/votenecklace.html

Its a good idea, but people need more than that to get up off their duff and vote. Maybe a tattoo? :-)
