Romney Withdraws Candidacy

Mitt Romney has withdrawn from the 2008 presidential race. Personally I’m surprised, but I’m sure he understands the competitive field better than I do, and probably made the right choice. After Super Tuesday, there are still several states up for grabs between Obama and Clinton, so the news will mostly focus on them, I imagine.

I think it is so stupid for the superdelegates and delegates who suppoted Obama since he will lose the election vs Mc Cain..I think it is also ” right wing conspiracy” to continue to damage our country…

So Mitt has dropped out. Unfortunately the evangelical bigots couldn’t support the Mormon and thus you have a situation where a 72 year old left wing member of the party will try to run against Hilary or Obama. He just doesn’t stand a chance and so for the next 8 years you will get an abortion loving, gun controlling, socialist telling you Confederates how to live you lives. Mitt the Mormon will appear more appealing than your Baptist pastor at that time.
