amanda, they probably won’t have a choice as now our military is voluntary..with Obama we will need to reinstate the draft sad time

If obama does not want to be depicted as Anti-American than he should not act anti american…ie..refusing to carry the american flag on he plane, wanting to change the national anthem and countless other things… He like so many others in society today take their freedom for granted and have no respect for what it took to get the freedom that we have and the price that so many pay everyday to keep it. If he comes into office I know of several members of the united states military that will not reenlist because they will not serve under him because he has no idea nor respect for our military.

This cover and many other items that have been out htier just shows how mean tgis country is. American is not ready for any trpe of change becasue American are scaried. This cover just shows how afarid they are of any type of chnage, I don’t care if this man was white, black, purple or orange he has alot of good ideas and he is willing to put many things on the line for this country.

it think it was only found to be offendive to Obama supporters. If and when someone comes out with a cartoon of McCain, the same people that found the New Yorker cartoon offendive will find it amusing. People need to understand that politicans have a target painted on therir back and they are fair game for cartoonist and reporters.

I think that this cover is apalling and shows how biggoted Americans can be. I have seen the cover without it being doctored up and may I say that who ever drew this cover is the biggest bigot on the face of the earth. Obama may have a background in Islam but that does not make him a fan of Osaam Bin Laden.
